VoiceXML Gateway VOIP PSTN Skype TAPI development API for interactive telephony application. High level development platform based on W3C VoiceXML. Supports text-to-speech, voice recognition, DTMF tones for both inbound, outbound apps. Works with VOIP through Skype, voice modem. Developer can integrate Voicent Gateway easily with http web interface, command line interface. Samples are available in C++, Perl, and PHP languages. Applications such as autodialers, phone alert software, and inbound IVR systems can be created without using TAPI programming. Voicent Developer SDK is also available for commercial developers. A command line simulator is included in the SDK to accelarate development process.
